Black Pedestals

A 14 inch diameter, octagonal pedestal base in black satin is shown at left. (Model 500 is 12 inches in diameter.) The standard height is 42 inches, but may be ordered 36" to 46" high. The turntables have a bearing for easy manual turning. The pedestal comes with RCW's exclusive light source. The standard illumination aperture is 4" in diameter.

Custom shapes, sizes and illumination apertures are available. Round based pedestals are available in black satin or veneer and are similarly priced as the octagonal pedestals.

EXCLUSIVE LIGHT SOURCE

The exclusive light source provides over 1500 fc of close to natural, Northern skylight with little heat, no ultra violet, and extremely long life. It is guaranteed against burnout for one year, but is expected to last 100,000 hours. A custom illumination aperture fills the sculpture with light without causing distracting glare. A custom turntable is a numerically optimized shape that best fits a specific sculpture and gives a graceful presentation.
